- NANicky AllenFeb 24, 20261.0Avoid, avoid, avoid at absolutely all costs. 20k for a kitchen that still to this date is not 100% and I cannot stress enough this comment and the others are 1000% genuine do not put yourself through this stress and invest your hard earned money into what you want to be a nice kitchen for you and your family with this company and branch imparticular. They have ruined what was supposed to be a great experience and investment for us and our children and do not care at all. AVOID AVOID AVOID. There are other branches with much better reviews wish I had done my research prior
- AAanonymousDec 9, 20221.0I always wanted to get magnet kitchen and I did but aftercare service was extremely poor. I had my kitchen done couple of years ago and slowly started to notice that the paintwork started to come off. I have tried to call them so many times . Sonetimes they answer ; sometime no luck. And after they take your details , I had to chase up to get a reply back. They wasn’t helpful at all They think it was wear and tear as I kept kettle in the kitchen. I did ask them over the phone that who doesn’t keep kettle in the kitchen?? It’s really frustrating that after spend so much for your kitchen and when something fault started to show and d Scylla then they don’t want to know you at all. I am really tired of calling them. I am very upset that my paintwork started to come off and I can’t do anything about it. Please someone advice me what to do.
- MMMad MonicaMar 16, 20221.0I’m posting on behalf of a friend. Absolutely the worst manager in the world here. If you need a Magnet kitchen do not use this branch. Not to be too specific as my friend still has a guarantee with Magnet, but things are starting to go wrong with their kitchen and they are reliant again on an indifferent manager to correct the problem. I was going to give him the benefit of the doubt after their original experience which was terrible. However it seems that he still has the same attitude and the staff around him are just as bad. Yet again they are going to have to contact head office and have a moan. Good customer service does not exist here. If I could I would have posted no stars.

At the moment, our Romford store doesn't have its own parking. Don't worry, though! Even without on-site parking, there are plenty of handy options right around the corner, depending on what you need.
